This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, WhatsApp, and phone when you contact us for a quote or booking, and it applies to all visitors, customers, and Clean Club members.

When you submit a quote form, message us on WhatsApp, or book a service, we may collect:

• Phone number / WhatsApp number
• Property address or area (for service delivery and quoting)
• Booking details — service type, date, frequency, and any notes you provide (e.g. Clean Club preferences)

We do not knowingly collect payment card details directly through the website; payment is arranged separately as described in our Terms & Conditions.

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare and send you an accurate quote
• Schedule, confirm, and manage your booking or Clean Club subscription
• Communicate with you about your service via WhatsApp, phone, or email
• Assign and coordinate our cleaning team for your property

We keep your information for as long as you remain a Turaas customer, and for up to 2 years after your last booking, to maintain your booking history and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
